Killer Dekes - Avian-X Feeder

After this past weekend's Youth Turkey Hunt in Tennessee, I've decided to include another turkey decoy from Avian-X before moving on to cover some other decoys.  I was incredibly impressed by what I saw over the weekend with the new Avian-X Feeder decoy. The action was really slow Saturday but we did manage to call up an old smack talkin' hen. She marched straight in to the Feeder decoy and began feeding right beside her (see photos below). This Feeder decoy works as a curiosity decoy as well as a confidence decoy. I've honestly never seen a live bird hang around the decoys so long. She wouldn't leave! Even with my little 8-year-old son, Aidan, and 3 other big hunters shiverin' in the brush just 8 yards away. First impressions?  This decoy will be a part of every decoy set for me from now on.  See it at www.avian-x.com.
